I have lectured on the topic of litigating to get the opposite side to provide ALL of the discovery about their influence on their witnesses, which I call "Reveal the Deal." Here is a demand letter, written to the United States Attorney (but of course actually written to persuade a judge, eventually) containing my legal arguments and support for a "reveal the deal" motion, which would follow if this letter is not somehow effective.
